You define configurable capacity limitations, e.g. marketing budget size, acceptable number of contacts per client and per time frame, how many offers of each type are available, number of allowed telemarketing calls per time frame or direct mailing messages which can be sent out.
You define recorded preferences for each client, e.g. preferred communications channel, maximum number of contacts which each client will receive per month, and primary product or service interests.
Determine rules based on business considerations, e.g. limitation of offer combination, allowed sequences and timing of offers („in case of A don’t perform B within 30 days“), minimal credit assessment for defined offers, exclusion of defined clients and offer specific opt-outs.
